If you’d like to present a program at Elmhurst Public Library, please fill out the form below. Please note: Planning is typically done 6 months or more prior to the program date.

Due to the high volume of program proposals received, the Library is unable to individually respond to each inquiry. All submissions are reviewed. If accepted, a Library representative will contact you. Any materials dropped off are considered a donation.

Program Registration Guidelines

Online Registration

Elmhurst Public Library cardholders may register for most Library programs online. Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email upon registering as well as a reminder email a few days before the program.


Kids’ programs may have additional requirements.


Registration is also welcome by phone or in person.

These programs are reserved for Elmhurst Public Library cardholders:

  • Family
  • Storytime
  • Elementary School
  • Middle School
  • High School


Cardholders from other libraries may register for other Adult and High School programs one week prior to the event if space is available. An EPL card is not required to attend programs marked “No registration required.” Additional requirements are noted in individual program descriptions.
