Renewing Items
- IN PERSON - Simply bring the items along with your library card to the Check-Out Desk.
- ON LINE - Please see the instructions to renew items online.
- BY TELEPHONE - Call 630-279-6030. This is a message recording. You provide the necessary information for this service by slowly and clearly saying the answers to the questions the message asks.
When you call, the message will ask:
- your name
- your library card number (example: 2 1100 00012 3456)
- your daytime telephone number
- the bar code of the item you are renewing (example: 3 1100 00012 3456)
