ELMHURST PUBLIC LIBRARY ANNUAL OPERATING BUDGET

The Library’s fiscal year is May 1 to April 30.  In accordance with Illinois law, the annual budget is established by the Library Board of Trustees and incorporated into the budget of the City of Elmhurst.
